Airtel — change in date of birth in my sim

There is a mismatch between dob in my number and proof. I contacted airtel service center to resolve this issue and they are saying it costs rs. 500 to change. The mistake is on the part of airtel and they are asking me to pay for this. Before some days i linked my mobile number with aadhar. And during that time they didn't find out thar that there was mismatch and now they are charging me for this.. Worst customer service by airtel.

I have applied for port my sim from Idea in to Airtel on 16th October. My old connection was goes out. But I didn't get the signal of Airtel connection yet. I tried to call to 59059 many times. Unfortunately I couldn't. Is there any alternatives ? Shall I recharge ?

I am using airtel number [protected]. I am not receiving the calls from many of the airtel numbers. i complained the same to airtel many times. Not resolving the issue. They raised a complaint but no resolution yet.
