[Resolved] Airtel — change of broadband plan | |||
I had asked airtel people repeatedly to change my current plan since about a week. Later I sent a complaint n they called me back and told to send the request via email, so I did. I called customer service once again last night and was told that the plan would change by 6AM. However it hasn't changed. My guess is that the employees r doing their work properly but Ur servers r not.?.. Since they say that the request has passed from the pending stage to the next stage... I don't understand wat the problem is.. but make sure they change my broadband plan soon coz at this rate a roadside chaiwala has better service than airtel. Was this information helpful? | |||
