Airtel — change of sim from corporate cug to personal sim | |||
I was allocated cug number [protected] by my company (Jk paper ltd), bhuneshwar, odisha. After my retirement company agreed to transfer this number to my personal number as postpaid. Accordingly a letter is issude by them. I taken this letter and submitter is one of the airtel agent at nagole, hyderabad on 19th march. Requested then to transfer this on my name and change location from odisha to andhra pradesh (Hyderabad). And issued a sim by collection rs25/- and told me it will be activated with in 7 days. Till date nothing happened, when i approached them, they said my request is rejected, i have to resubmit the application, by getting details in a airtel designed proforma, form my company. That letter also i get from the company by requesting (Since last one month i am staying at maduari for different job) and submitted to them, now they are asking for upc code. This they have already take during last time application. Now i can get this upc code since i lost my cug sim. Now their advise is, i should go odisha and get another sim to get upc code.
