[Resolved]  Airtel — Changing the tariff plan without any notification

Hi,
My mobile number is [protected]. I was doing recharge for rs.94. I have been doing this for last three months. Usually, i should get 200 local/std minutes. Today, i was shocked to receive an sms saying that the plan is 35 paise per minute for local and std calls for 28 days. I did not do this recharge for rate cutter. I did it for getting 200 minutes. It is not agreeable from a big network. I have tried to call the customer support. They said that they cannot change anything. It is a change brought by the marketing team before 15 days. If the change is brought by the marketing team, why did they not inform the merchants who does easy recharge. They neither provided them new tariff plan nor intimated them regarding the change. Is it the business strategy to put customers under confusion and dissatisfaction?
