I am a member for 12 months in airtel. My pack lasts til 29/10/19 & my balance is rs 2414.4. I selected my pack for rs 258.42 per month on 30/1/19 but my pack is not activated until today 08/02/19. I received a message to my registered mobile no:[protected] that my pack costs rs 1848.89 per month & my pack lasts til 8/3/19. The channels that are not requested by me are played on tv. I contacted customer care but they are not responding. I am struggling since ten days. I have sent many emails but they are not responding to my problem. Even the customer care is not attending the calls.
