Hi, Following Are my Details: Name: Pankaj Pandey Mobile Number : [protected] Charged Extra Amount Even Though Not Used the connection and notified the Airtel to close the connection. Its been 2 months and there is no response to the email. I am ready to pay the bill for first month as I have used it. But I am not willing to pay the extra amount as I have not used. Please close the account and do the F&F. But please note that I will not pay the amount that I have not used. Thanks and Regards Pankaj Pandey

I received a call from [protected] and I thought that lady was in very hurry. She Told me would you pay or not and I was explaining
my problem and she disconnected the call.
Would like to suggest you guys that we are not fools who are sitting here to face you arrogance. Even We have our own self respect. So
please don't dare to call with such attitude ever.

And I am still adamant that I would pay the amount which I have used and nothing more than that.

Updated by pankaj575 I received a call from [protected](Mr. Vijay). He told me that I need to pay 500 and then this will be closed.
I have asked him to send this to me in written via email. Once I receive the email I will pay the amount and get it closed forever.

Updated by pankaj575 Today I received a call from Mr. Kapil ([protected]) and the guy says that there shows a usage of 3MB for an entire month, and they are expecting me to pay Rs.523 for that. I tried to explain that I keep the dongle connected to the Laptop and hence when the laptop starts it tries to update the software. And hence the 3MB usage is shown.

I still say that I am ready to pay the amount that have used and it is only two bills (144+430) and nothing more than that as the connection was closed after that

I am fed up of it now. Please come with the resolution or else don't call any more.
