[Resolved] Airtel — charged for whatsapp pack | |||
Hi, I just activated the 38rs whatsapp pack, then I started using whatsapp alone from my mobile. Later I realised that I have been charged from my main balance and I called Airtel customer care. One of the customer care executive gave me some instructions to use that pack. I followed his instructions and started using the pack again. Then I again noticed that I have been charged from my main balance. Again I called customer care and approached them. This time a very harsh executive attended my call, I demanded for my money which I lost (nearly 50rs) and I also requested him to cancel my whatsapp pack and give me a refund ( that pack is not going to help me anymore). But he rudely said me that we wont refund you any money. He also said "if you want to use this pack, use it or don't" and the saddest part is, he himself dropped the call without getting any response from me. I had a very worst experience ever. I never expected this from Airtel. Very disappointing. If you could solve my problem, I'll be thankful to you. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am facing the same issue.Normal normal customers are trapped in loop where Airtel is extracting money without telling how are they deducting it.
