Airtel — Charged for wrong call and not responding to clarify the bill details | |||
I have been using Airtel (no. [protected]) for some time and this was happened at the end of year 2014. There were wrong calls charged on my bill and I requested to clarify before I make the payment. I sent several mails and called customer care but no use. They even stop my service and now I am getting calls like I will be served legal notice. Please advise and help me to solve this issue. There isn't any update or resolution and it is more than a month. Please update me the status.
