Airtel — charged twice for a recharge

Date of incident : 06/02/2018 please note that i have first recharged my airtel prepaid mobile through airtel app with rs 399 for 1 gb/day unlimited calls pack which was deducted from my sbi account (I used net banking). I bought only one recharge data pack but i was charged for two. I have my bank statement attached below. I tried contacting airtel but the customer representatives. I request a refund from the airtel authorities.
