Airtel — Charging for safe custody when I clearly wanted complete disconnection

I shifted to a different city and didn't need the airtel fiber service anymore.

So I requested for complete disconnection, but instead they put my connection in safe custody and are tryinying to charge me 590rs. (250+45(tax) and another 250+45(tax).

I shouldn't be charged at all, but I am being charged twice for safe custody.

I requested the disconnection on 11th october, my plan was valid till 18th october

Customer support called and mentioned that they resolved the issue on 20th.

But now on 22nd, I am getting a message saying that I still need to pay for the safe custody that I clearly didn't want.
