My customer id for airtel dth is [protected]. I had recharged for cbs channels way back in jan 2012, after a year or so airtel discontinued the channel but still charging me the top up done for these channels every month.
How come you can charge for the channel which you only discontinued and that too from such a long time, when i spoke with the customer care guy they told me sir you should have informed us earlier so that we should not have charged you, after explaining it to him that you are not showing that channel no more on airtel digital tv so you should not charge it how come a subscriber will tell you that you discontinued the channel then wave off the charges.
Isnt it very basic that if you are discontinuing the channel from your viewing list then you should even drop the charge of top up of that particular channel.
