Airtel — charging money without internet connection | |||||
We purchased airtel post paid connection 2 months back and the internet worked for one month but got disconnected after that. We tried to pay the bill amount but our registration was not working to pay the amount. We tried to call the customer care many times but they did not fix this. Now the bill is being charged and the internet services are barred as well. The airtel is charging the amount without giving internet access. We want to close this connection now but the airtel customer care says that they are not able to contact the disconnection department. This is complete fraud. Please close this connection.
