Airtel — Charging more & no proper network. | |||
I got 1400/- as bill for the month of May. How it is possible? I have never downloaded any videos or any pics and I just use this internet for Facebook and what’s up. I don't think those both will not cross more than 1GB. As per the plan I am eligible to use up to 2GB of 2G Data. I have observed from last 4 months there is a lot of variance in monthly Bill's. Why this much difference in this month? There is something wrong is happening I need an explanation for this month bill as it is not bearable. Mine is TCS corporate connection and I am regular bill pay customer without any delay. I need your quick help and verification. Here my wonder is I will not get a proper signal in my home, with that signal there will be no internet service only then how it is possible to get that much amount of bill? If I am keeping my mobile inside the pocket in the next moment signal will go to Emergency calls mode. Inside the home signal strength is single point. Even I have raised many complaints for the signal problems. I guess you can get those details using my number. Below are the complaints that I have registered on Network issues, those are simply closed by saying that it was resolved. I don’t know what the resolution they have made was. Reference No.60077639, 60044596 I am not the only person facing this network coverage issue. All the Airtel customers in my locality (All are corporate Users) are facing the same problem. We are really fed up with the signal. Because mobiles are getting worst with this signal fluctuations. For the same issue I have registered a complaint on My Airtel Complaint Portal (Reference Number : PO[protected] ; Logged date : May 26, 2015 02:00) there is no response from your executives till now. I will be available at any time, Please call me if anything more details are required. Mobile No : [protected] I hope at least this complaint may go forward and I am expecting some minimum response form Airtel because still I believe Airtel is the best Telecom service provider.
