Airtel — Charging rs 5000 unnecessary. | |||
Dear sir, My Name is Bijan B Biswal, I am MD of NNB Services Pvt Ltd, My mob no is - [protected], I have 4 landline connections. One of account no is - [protected] IN this i had internet connection. and on 20th April, 2015 i have complained for removing STATIC IP. with complain no[protected]. And same the static IP was discontinued. As I was using Static IP for last one year, and it was expired on 19-April, 2015. And that was SUnday. at the time of connection it was told me that " at the time of renewal, i will receive msg for renewal, and if i permit then only the static IP will continue". But i have not received any type of communication. On 20th April, 2015 when i found the static IP is working, i called 121 and lodged complain.And my static IP also deactivated. and i specifically asked, whether airtel will charge for STATIC IP. they told "NO". And my billing stated on 27th. AND i found you charge RS 5000 for static IP. I talked with 121 again, but they told, they can not do anything. i paid the amount, only the mothly amount that i regularly pay. This is unjustified with me. Today i received one email regarding this and asking for RS 5512/-. may i know when i am not using Static IP, and it was told clearly to me that i will not be charged for static IP, then why you are charging money for static IP? you are requested to look into this seriously and remove the payment for ststic IP.
