Applied for two connections: 20th June 2016
(One new postpaid and one prepaid to postpaid.)
Submitted documents: 21st June 2016
None activated yet.
1. I have applied for new connection by filling in Online promotional
mailer and received a sim card for 997114****. But on 30th June, when I tried
to activate the sim calling @59059, the sim has no network. After
calling at 121 and talking to your executive, got to know I have
received the wrong sim.
2. I have applied for changing my sim from Prepaid to Post paid. But my connection has not yet activated. (9971146***).
3. For both the connections address was same, all docs were same. Connection applied together, received call for both connections together.
4. Now one connection is activated but I don’t have the correct sim.
5. I have no update for Pre to Post connection. On checking status by sending
6. Submitted documents: Proof submitted: 2 copies of Voter id card, 2 copies of Rent
agreement, 2 photos.
7. I have made 5 to 6 calls on Airtel call centre in past days but nothing is happening.
8. Got a complaint number: 7000631, but nothing happened.
9. dropped email [protected]@in.airtel.com. Received a reply after 19hrs that we will let u know the status o[censored]r query in 72hrs.
I am +3yrs old pre-paid customer of Airtel and this is what I got in return. Hats Off.
