I am a customer of airtel for more than 3 years. From the last three months, i have been continuously cheated
By airtel.in the month of january & february, data pack has been recharged with my no. Without my connection and even after deactivated it through customer care on the very same day, i have been charged rs. 99.00 plus tax in the respective bill. Again i have called to customer care and after long discussion they agreed to reduce the bill and they were showing it as you ppl have done some sympathy to me.
My question is why you people have recharged any pack without consent of customer? Is this not a case of cheating and why should airtel not be sued for this in the court?
After all this episode, i have been told that no data pack will be added in future. But to my surprise, two sport packs have been recharged without my consent / knowledge in the month of march. This time i have gone to sector -11, panchkula airtel store and talked to mr. Bhupinder singh about this. He has checked all the issues and offered me to activate dnd service which i accepted. He has deactivated the packs which recharged and assured me that rs.198.00 will not be charged in the bill but again rs.198.00 plus tax has been added in the march bill. I again visited mr. Bhupinder singh for this issue as why rs.198/- has been charged even if he has assured me that it will be not. Now he changed his statement and said that the amount will be charged and will be reduced only after generation of bill. He completely lied to me here. Anyway i have said him to reduce it, he has said that he has given request and within four hour the issue will be resolved. Again as usual, the issue was not resolved not only in four hours but even if four days.
I again met to mr. Bhupinder singh for the issue, this time he has not even attended me properly and said i have made request but approval has not come so what can i do?? I was just shocked to listen this type of statement to a customer who is repeatedly cheated by airtel and their representative saying like this. I became hopeless and badly hurt with such type of customer service. I am losing my time, money without my fault.
Even whenever i have visited airtel store, i have been asked to rate airtel through sms and i have rated airtel with the least mark three times, but never airtel tried to know why i rated with the least mark. It suggests that airtel is not bothered about their customer and their feedback and just interest to cheat customers like me.
I am not bothered about money but the service airtel is providing is just pathetic. I need some action against whomsoever have recharged these packs to my no. From the backend and against mr. Bhupinder singh for teling lies n not attending the customer in the way he supposed to.
