I have ordered a phone online(airtel app) where airtel would be charging me a cost of Rs 81, 076 with a connection (existing) for 24 months period. I have made a payment of Rs. 13, 900 as the one time payment on 22nd June 2018 under the reference number[protected] on confirmation that the handset would be delivered to me on 28th June 2018.
No handset delivered now and no response from customer service, nodal officer or ombudsman.
The link provided in the message would direct me to the airtel app and I am not able to track the details.
No response till now after 18 emails. The number provided for nodal officer doesn't work.
