I want to report here that there is no action taken till date for the provided complaint number complaint number is 62993314, , when called to customer care i found that this complaint was closed, , , whats going onn, , , without my knowledge and any communication complaint was closed, ,
I gave one more complaint again 63445614 on 8th jan 2016, , when i called to CC i again found that the complaint was closed, , no information no emails, , its becoming airtel care not customer care, ,
can you see the daylight robbery and cheating by airtel now its very clear that the airtel wants only money but no customer satisfaction.
hope to get the resolution.
