I done 345 plan and I was using 3G network until yesterday 29/03/17 when other 3G balance not exist. But from 30/01/17 morning 3G network is not available and only 2G was connecting. And now 2G itself not connecting.
I called to your customer care and Enquired /complained regarding this. What I got the response is I need to wait 3 days or my area is not available for 3G.
What response is this?? I was using 3G on same place and suddenly 3G not available?? Or I need to wait because of network providers poor service issues from side?? Is for that worst service I paid from my pocket?? I done internet package for my purpose o[censored]sages, If Airtel cannot provide a service to a customer for what they paid, then for what they are providing packages with conditions apply
And I am still facing this issue.
