I made a recharge of 399 on my number [protected].
The offer stats that 70 days unlimited local/std call, along with 1gb 4g data daily for 70 days.
But the same offer stopped working after 28 days.
I called the customer care, they told sir u are not using 4g phone and 4g sim so this offer will work for you for only 28 days.
I said this clause is not mentioned on any term condition for this offer.
You should have explicitly mentioned like if you are not using 4g sim and 4g phone, then this will be valid only for 28 days.
But there was nothing like this.
Second point, airtel is aware which customer are using 4g airtel sim or not, then why the offer is coming on there number. Although airtel would be aware about the 4g phone also.
So the whole point scenario is they are making fool of customer, cheating them.
I called the customer care today (Navjot) she mentioned like - "ab kuch ni ho skta, and hum sari conditions term and condition m ya offer k sath ni rakh skte.." so basically they are cheating the poor people as they are not aware and then there money is wasted.
If someone is not using 4g phone and sim, no recharge should happen on his number or the message should be loud and clear.
The same offer they are giving in 199 also for 28 days, so they are earning the remaining 200 rs as a bribe or by making fool of customer.
Kindly look into this as they are cheating poor people and making fun of their limited resources.
