Yesterday i have raised a complaint regarding Airtel 349 offer cheating. They did't give 1 GB per day offer when i called the customer care they have given clarification as "That offer is not applicable for your number". i asked many times to customer care. Network get disconnected while i was in call so i called again and asked the customer care agent to connect to Escalation Department. They connected to Sudhir from Customer Care department. Call reference number: [protected]. He said definitely 1GB per day is activated for your number. I asked are you sure. He said sure. Today morning i called the customer care again and asked again they are telling that offer is not added for your number. Agent: Shiny Reference No: [protected]. So who is wrong and who is right? Are the Airtel People trying to cheat the customers with wrong promises?

Updated by yogeshnagarajan I have received a message this morning as "Thank you for contacting us. Hope the concern related to your airtel mobile [protected] hab been resolved to your satisfaction. Your Ref no is CBNRD[protected] registered on 15 may 2017 12.30" May i know what your team has resolved? They just called me and asked the problem which i have reported thats it. They said we will look in to it. But don't know what they have resolved. From your perspective calling the customer and asking their problem is the resolution?
