Airtel — claim rejected by giving a lame excuse | |||
I subscribed for the airtel secure plan 8 months back and was paying dam 79 rs per month. And now when my handset is damaged and i requested for the claim they rejected my claim saying that the phone got damaged in mysterious circumstances. Then why the hell you made me assure about having my back when my phone gets damaged. This is so damn pathetic. Resolve my issue or i'll be heading to consumer court for fraud promises made to sell your plans. My service request no. Is -2422320 Was this information helpful? | |||

The mobile data doesn't work properly.
I have done my recharge 399 in airtel but i have not having any unlimit call my charge is apply why should i change to jio

I am using my airtel number for more than 3 years but it is not in my name. Can I change it to my name and upadate my aadhar?
Please note that I dont have any details of the existing customer. I bought it through a retailer. Since it is mandatory to update aadhar i wanted immediate solution for this issue.
