Airtel — commitment issue/ false advertisement

I requested for an Airtel broadband connection through my Airtel app. I got a call from couple of executives. One of them(not sure of his name) asked me for my ID proof and house address. I have sent the same through WhatsApp. He gave me different plan details to choose from. I told him to activate 999 plan for 6 months as he told me that installation charges, WiFi router and landline is free with 6 months activation of the plan. Today[protected] an Airtel broadband technician came to my house to install the broadband connection and to my surprise he told me that 1 month plan has been activated and there is no free landline connection with it. I immediately called the executive who took my address proofs and asked him why 1 month has been activated. He gave me all stupid reasons and lied to me that now there is no free landline with 6 months plan. I spoke to the technician regarding the same and he told me that there is still a free landline with 6 months plan.
Till now I had a good trust on Airtel, but with this incident my entire trust on the brand has gone. My husband and I have been using Airtel postpaid from very long and that is the reason we chose to go for the broadband connection also. Now we are thinking to terminate this broadband connection after a month. This is not the way to deal with customers by lying to them. Trust is very important. Please escalate the issue to the higher management and kindly take an action on the executive who lied to me.

I have dropped the above mail from my registered email id to airtel and it has been more than 48 hours but I haven't got any reply from them.
I have made a call to the customer care as well SR: 94843330.
Within two hours I got a message saying your service request has been closed as we have provided a resolution. But i haven't got any call or mail regarding the resolution.

I want an action to be taken against the executive who gave me false information and disconnect my broadband connection as i cannot trust a brand which gives false information to lure customers.
