Airtel — Company Is not willing to provide detailed bill for my new broadband connection

I have taken airtel broadband 200 mbps plan on 6 nov 2021. The landline number for the connection is [protected] and the registered mobile number is [protected]. The receipt for the plan activation is not showing to me on airtel thanks app and airtel website. I talked to their costumer care but they are not willing to provide the complete bill. Ranjeet Kumar, the employee at Airtel Broadband, Saharsa office did my KYC. He had confirmed me that I will get the bill but now he is not responding to my calls.
