Airtel — complaining about my landline basic tariff plan been changed | |||
The airtel landline back end team are changing our landline basic tariff plan to broadband connection without even informing us!, this has been repeatedly happening and we have placed a complain, but the tariff plan is still not been restored back to the old plan, and our phone gets disconnected quite often because of the unprofessional manner in which the airtel backend team are working in changing the tariff and services without the consultation. We wish corrective action will be taken by the airtel higher up in this regards. Was this information helpful? | |||
