Airtel — complaining about postpaid to prepaid conversion | |||||
I have ever seen such a worst network ever. Its going to be one month now, still i'm not able to activate my prepaid number.. Airtel network registered many uncountable complaints, but everything is closed without providing the exact reason.. And whenever i ask about complaint action status, it will be always "technical error". Is there any team not working in technical side.. Now what is the next step to recharge my mobile number. I had done recharge of RS 399 still my outgoing and internet facility is not working. I had done the same last week.
I had asked for a broadband connection last month
They got paid from me throught my debit card
And said that u cant have a new connection in ur area
We will refund in 15 days
Till now no refunds what is happening?
Or i will file a case in consumer court ?

We have to struggle to get network inside our home. So, every time we have to come out and talk on mobile
