I am totally dissatisfied by airtel service.my incoming call facility and sms service is not working without any reason from last 15 days cause of this my online bank transaction is pending. i already loddge a complaint but airtel take no any action on it. cause of this i am in big trouble but airtel is behaving like a stranger. my airtel postpaid number is [protected], my alternate contact number is [protected]. complaint numbers provided by airtel[protected], PO[protected].

No, u are making me fool from last 5 days, i[censored] can't resume my services then i am not paying the phone bill of this month. It's simple funda- no service, no payment.

hi 2 weeks before my internet speed reduced to 8 mbps and then to 13 mbps, wher i am suppose to have 16 mbps. I have sent many emails to customer care, but didn't get any response from them.
Atlast i put my comments on the facebook page, got a call from deepankar, and i didn't get any proper resolution from him also
And on 9th of this month i got the message saying the data usage exceeded and will back in the normal speed after 11 today the date is 12 and still i have only 512 kbps.
After all we are paying money right

I got a message from airtel saying that, i have completed the full usage and will be having the speed of 512 kb/s uptill[protected] .
Today the date is 11 an still my speed is 512 kb/s .
So you guys are only interested to check the usage and reduce the speed, right??

just now noticed the videos are buffering.
checked and find that its only 7 mbps, checked twice still the same.

I cannot see any change in the speed i have been checking the speed from the last 2 weeks,
But let me tell you it never touched this 16 mbps speed as you say. If you want i can share you the screen shot.
So let me tell you I dont want to pay for some thing which I am not benifited.
It would be good, if you can change my plan to the old plan
