Airtel — complaint about upc

I am trying to port to other company so that I send the message from my Ariel SIM card but no further UPC is coming in return. I contacted with the customer care and Ariel store too but they also sais the Same procedure. Thats why I want to complain here and want a UPC for further porting to another network. I have tried many times from my mobile message for porting but it's unable to succeed. Please try to solve my problem as soon as possible. Because bits very urgent for me . Thank you .
