[Resolved] Airtel — Complaint against 3 G Recharge | |||
Dear Sir, I(Rakesh Kumar) have done a recharge of Rs. 449 (2.5 GB plan for 3 G) for Mob-:[protected] through My Airtel Account by Credit Card on Sat-16.05.15 at 17:35 & my transaction ID 553654. I have called 4 times to customer care but no body gave any solution.One of your senior supervisor Md. Gulam told me that there is no any this type of Recharge available for Kolkata.Another senior supervisor madam told me that she will co-ordinate a call for my number but still I am awaiting for call. Kindly do some needful .Either make arrangement for returning money or recharge of 3G with new validity. Require your urgent attention regarding this. Regards Was this information helpful? | |||
