[Resolved] Airtel — Complaint against customer care executive | |||||
Hi, Dear team i am facing proplem from airtel customer care executive. As i am using airtel dongle i am not satisfy with the network so i thinking to cancel the connection and called customer care. From 15days i am calling customer care and they are asking my issue, after i complaint my words they will put my call on hold for some while and after 4 to 5 min they are disconnecting the call like this from 15days they are doing like this. And airtel outlet people are not taking cancellation request. So i dont know how to cancel the connection and every month without using connection i am paying 650 bill. kindly help me on this.
