Airtel — complaint against devendra sharma from airoli | |||
I have never faced such inexperience with a custimer service before in the past but with airtel executive named that too senior mr. Devendra sharma he does not know how to speak to a client following are his verbetams: 1. We have patience level if it goes beyond that we will not handle any client. 2.he never allows customers to speak very arrogant as if he is doing favour on customers. 3. He says do whatever you want. 4. He challenges clients . 5. He makes false obligations he is arguing with me saying that i spoke for 40 to 50 minutes where as i said 15 to minutes i am on line with airtel with no resolution on the contrary he is challenging me nd using the words do not lie. Is this the way you guys work and give customer experience. When i asked him.you pull up the call records that i never said 40 to 50 minutes i said 15 to minutes he went on telling me a liar it is so offending that it made me abuse him.like hell first time i lost my professionalism with an unprofessional guy like devendra sharma.
