Airtel — complaint against false billing

I am using airtel number [protected] from last 6 years.Last year around 10 th November 2013 I have converted my prepaid connection to the postpaid. But now I am facing problem while using airtel because of false billing. I have activated 2G unlimited internet service on my number from 10th Nov, 2013. My billing cycle is 20th to 19th. On 19th Jan 2014 9 p.m. I have called customer care to deactivate my 2G unlimited plan from next billing cycle i.e. 20th Jan 2014-19th Feb 2014.But in 20th Dec 2013 to 19th Jan 2014 billing cycle, Airtel had charged me the GPRS charges which is false.In that cycle I have 2G unlimited plan activated so how can airtel charge me for the GPRS use in that cycle.After giving the deactivation request I have not used the GPRS.

Dear Pankaj,

I would request to kindly stay away from their service, they started cheating in a big way with their service and customer support. Let's give a strong message to AIRTEL and start boycotting AIRTEL brand.
