My name is harish kumar balaji,

I m having annual package for 4 and more years with airtel
This year on renewal last month i called customer care and asked about the annual plans they told u can go for 7690 some amount for all south channels will come, so i made the payment and finally i came to know that i was cheated with only tamil channels are coming not other languages
I called customer care again they saying u have to add and make the payment
From customer care they are giving fake commitments still iam raising a complaints with airtel customer care and no response
2nd one
My dish eash mot working so i raised a complaint 7 days back
They allocated a service engineer callrd dhanrak - [protected]
He came and done it not properly after that yesterday again video problem so i called directly to the service agent but he not at all came still evening
Finally i called customer care and again raised a complaint on 27/6/19,
They allocated the same guy, when i called him he was abused on the all
And using a one line languages, is this the way you people are handling the customer?
I got shocked and i was raised a complaint against of the service engineer
They said before eod 27th june the problem will get rectify but still no body called and cleared the issue
And the video problem also not get cleared
What is the point o[censored]sing airtel?
Need a prope reply else i will take it to the next level escallation
