Airtel — complaint against unwanted calls and message

Dear team,

This is to bring in your kind notice that i have requested for dnd on my mobile no ([protected]) in the year of 2015 (27/01/2015) with reference no w[protected], but still i am receiving the calls and messages which is really disturbing for me.

I also called the customer care regarding the same with below reference nos, but no action has been taken from anybody and still i am receiving calls and messages.
