Airtel — complaint: dth channel selection

Hello trai,
I am an airtel dth subscriber. My digitaltv id is [protected].

As per the new trai regulations, the customer can choose channels of their choice and change it whenever they need.
I wanted to subscribe to star sports 1 channel only on days that i need and discontinue on other days.
I deselected the channel yesterday and until today the channel was still being telecasted for me. When i call customer service they said it is a free channel during the ipl season and i cannot turn it off.

Even though it is free it is a big hindrance during this critical period of exams etc. I need to have the flexibility to be able to choose it only on days i need. I need your intervention to get this facility enabled for customer's like me. I will forever be grateful to trai.
