Airtel — complaint for unnecessary bill | |||
Hi, I am manudeep. This is to tell you about my problem that i am facing from airtel postpaid connection. I am getting very good service but from last 2 months, i am getting bill more than i used. I have spoken to the costumer care regarding the same. As per his records, i was in the roaming on 3rd and 4th november and some days in october also but i was in gurugram in my company from 1 november onward. You can contact to my company and check my attendance. So, why should i pay for roaming charges when i was not in roaming. I am getting helpless somebody tell me the right things what should i do for this. Was this information helpful? | |||
