I am using this Airtel connection from past 2 years, recently I have changed my handset (4G compatible) hence I have to change the SIM card in order to have 4G connection based on the retailer advice.
Now my phone and sim both enable to use 4G. Post activation from past 4 days I am getting a message from Airtel stating INR 349/- recharge, get unlimited calls and 1GB data per day for 28 days, recharge today to get the offer for 1 year.
Based on the message reference I did a recharge of INR 349/- and activated the 4G facility and started utilizing the same in a day I have completed 1 GB data and awaiting for 12:00 AM keeping in mind that I will get 1 GB data for the particular day.
After waiting 45 minutes I realize the factor that my SIM is not receiving the internet service, to be frank I am not in the position to call customer service provider since my main balance less then specified limit
Due to this I have to use my office land line to call Airtel customer service, initially I have been diverted to post-paid department later, post-paid customer care representative transfer my call to pre-paid department.
My call was attended by Customer care representative Dilip Nagendra. Post explaining the whole scenario I was surprised to hear the response from CSR, During the call he mentioned that this offer is not applicable to your number.
He kept on arguing that you’re not eligible for this offer, “this is seriously not acceptable, SMS is clear evident to prove that I am eligible for this offer, if my number is not eligible why did I get message from service provider?
My speaking experience with Dilip nagendra is worse, he knows to only argue rather helping the customer, suggested me to send the snap shot of the message that I have received to resolve the issue. Since he is not the position to resolve the issue I have requested him to transfer the call to his superiors but he is Not willing to transfer the call to supervisor, he clarified that during night operation no supervisor available( pathetic customer service) also shock to see the message from customer service that “thank you for contacting us. Hope the concern related your airetel mobile [protected] has been resolved to your satisfaction. Your ref.no. is CBNRD[protected].
Which means my complaint already resolved without providing any resolution.
Currently I am not in the position send those messages to you as I am running short of the data, check from backend more than 8 times I have received the message with regard to the 349/- recharge. Make sure that as per the assurance you activate the tariff without any further follow ups.
If not we being corporate people I will strongly recommend my co-workers to not use the Airtel, and I will switch the connection some other service provider, this will be published in social media.
If there is no replay this will be escalated to next level.

where I need Airtel to install tower.
The tower can provide coverage to all the industries in the area and a huge residential population is also very well in the Line of Sight.
