Airtel — complaint on wrong recharge benefit | |||
I have recently recharged for rupees 248 as airtel app showed me that if i recharge for 248 i will get 1.4 gb per day and unlimited call for 82 days but when i recharged i got 3 gb only for 28 days.. Airtel has cheated me and sir i request you to respond as soon as possible.. This recharge took place today by me through airtel app.. I got all proofs and screen shot of my bill and transaction and all the details that airtel has provided me about the 248 recharge.
