REGARDING AIRTEL DATA CARD # [protected]

Dear Team,

I've purchased airtel data card almost 6 months ago from Airtel store, Jaipur ( Raj.).I had opted for 5GB UNLIMITED tariff plan for the concerned data card which means that I can utilize 5GB data at 3G or higher speed and after its consumption I can access the data at a slower speed.
The slower speed was informed to be within the range of 100-120kbps at the time of purchase of the data card.
The speed of the concerned data card is very slow ( even the 3G speed) for which complaints have been registered several times. The company is not even providing an average speed of 50 Kbps . The average speed comes out be just 20-30 kbps.
It doesn't even allow to access data after consumption of the allocated data ( to be used at 3G or higher speed ).
I am facing this issue every month even though it was informed by Airtel's technical team that they fixed the problem and I would not be facing the same issue again.The connection becomes improper and intermittent . I 've already registered numerous complaints regarding the same concern/issue every month however the issue has not been resolved yet. AIRTEL has provided us interrupted services due to which we had to bear huge losses.We cannot allow the company to cheat innocent customers .
How could the company representatives display such poor service standards ?
The technical team closed the complaints with false and absolutely incorrect comments even though they informed over the phone that I was not able to access data properly due to some technical fault at their end. The team could't even revert within TAT . How could the company representatives display such poor service standards ? Who is going to compensate for the losses that we have to bear just because of their worst service level and incompetency of the representatives to resolve the issue as we have not been able to use the connection properly which ultimately affects our daily work.We have been mentally harassed as every month we have to call customer care and register complaints for the same issue .
The Airtel representatives have been calling every month and they simply inform that they had escalated the issue .
We have been facing the same problem for the past six months ...This is simply not acceptable !!
HOW CAN THE COMPANY SHOW SUCH ADVERTISEMENTS CLAMING THAT THEY ARE THE FASTEST DATA NETWORK PROVIDERS ????
THE COMPANY IS NOT EVEN ABLE TO PROVIDE PROPER 3G AND 2G NETWORK AND OUR ONGOING ISSUE REGARDING THEIR POOR NETWORK IS EVIDENCE FOR THE SAME.How can Airtel follow such unethical sales and marketing strategy ??????????? Airtel representatives mis-sell the product with absolute false comittments. Even the Appellate authority @ Airtel always try to hide their major service lapses and deliberate attempt by their representatives to cheat customers. They keep on giving false assurances and comittments.
They force the customers to upgrade the tariff plan even though we opted for 5GB UNLIMITED PLAN according to which we should be able use further data at an appropriate average speed without any charges. They simply want customers to pay unnecessary charges .
WE DEMAND A REPLY FOR OUR CONCERN AT THE EARLIEST BEFORE WE APPROACH THE DISTRICT CONSUMER FORUM AND TRAI TO HIGHLIGHT THEIR WORST SERVICE STANDARDS AND DELIBERATE ATTEMPT TO CHEAT INNOCENT CUSTOMERS.

Dear Team @ Airtel,

We have not yet received any resolution . Are you trying to find out other ways to cheat us ??
We have been reporting the same issue every month however the Airtel team is unable to resolve the issue.
How could Airtel representatives display such poor after sales service ? We have now realized that Airtel makes false
committments at the time of selling the data card just to meet their sales numbers . This is absolutely unethical sales
and marketing strategy of the company Airtel . We are still waiting for the resolution to be provided at the earliest.
