[Resolved] Airtel — Complaint regarding Miss Behave of Sr Executive Mr Dev on 15-Aug 15 at 11:30 AM | |||
Dear Official, My Borad band number is[protected] and my mobile no is [protected] I am continuously facing disconnection of my Internet since from last 3 months, every time the problem got reoccurred in a week or 10 days. I logged my last complaint 10 days before and the executive Suggest that my modem is having issue and that needs to be replaced, I purchase the new modem and configured it 3 days before . and after that I am facing the same issue as before so I talked with Customer cure on 15 Aug 2015 at 11:30 Am from my mobile ([protected]) about the issue and gently Asked her that your executive suggested and diagnose wrong thing for modem replacement and it causes me extra unnecessary expenses, she forwarded the discussion to Sr executive Mr Dev and he is not ready to listing the issue I am facing or I am trying to explain he starts talking aggressively with very bad language like “I understand your hindi as well as English, I cannot do anything in this regards, our engineers are always right etc etc. These guys are saying now its cable fault and all the phones in your area is not working I checked with my neighbor the also have airtel connection and everything is working fine in the locality . I cannot accept this kind of behavior from a sr. executive though I am using this connection since from last 8 years And why should I pay for the mistake made by Airtel engineer or Airtel itself Do needful action against him and my concern asap Was this information helpful? | |||
