Airtel — complaint regarding non installation of additional connection for dth | |||
This is very sad on your service part that i have requested for an additional connection for my airtel dtv id no - [protected] for last five days and requested twice vide request no[protected] & 7390885 despite cancellation of my request from your side. I have made several calls to[protected] for the same and also requested online through myairtel app but of no use and no result. If my request is not entertained within 24 hours then i have to disconnect my existing connection also and there is no other option left. After posting my request for additional dth connection I have received several phone calls from[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] and that is only to inform that we have received your request and shortly your problem will be resolved. Today is 7th day and my request is still pending and the SMS I am receiving is "inconvenience caused is regretted and your issue will be resolved shortly". I don't understand their definition of shortly.
