Airtel — complete unprofessional approach towards customers | |||
Dear team airtel, I am a loyal customer of airtel and we in our family trust you a lot. I have applies for a new broadband connection on[protected]. Your person mr sanjay yadav (Contact number :- [protected]) visited my place and collected a amount of inr 1000 for the connection stating that we will be getting the connection on[protected]. I understand that there might have been some problem due to which it was not possible for him to get that done, but at least we as a customer expect a call back or answer to our call. Mr in his 1st place has not contacted us. When i contacted him from my number twice followed by my wife number today morning he did not even answer our calls. Later today afternoon some how he answers my call and stated that it will not be done today and hanged up the call without giving me a appropriate answer. I need to understand what kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior is this? Is that airtel has so many customers that they are not able to handle them? Do you people think that you have recruited the correct people in correct portfolio?
