Airtel — Completely no network in airtel mobile postpaid

Myself Bhuvaneswari, Writing this with most frustration. I am facing lot of issue with Airtel network postpaid connection. Always my mobile is out of coverage area. I have raised multiple complaints against the same. In return i just received 1 SMS from Airtel saying issue will be solved in future. (Attached copy of that message). Would like to inform that am not staying in the jungle. Am very much in hot place of Bangalore. Staying in Mid of Indiranagar, Thippasandra, HAL, Old Airport road. Whenever i want to make calls only the Sim card (Sim1) is searching for the signal. During the call i get 3 points signal strength. Once the call is over, again it will go back to 0 signal strength. This network issue lead to a lot of professional & personal problems since no one could able to reach me even if there is an emergency situation. I could not able to use mobile internet as well (opted for 250 rs LTE). Even Though the service is very poor, Airtel charges 1500 rs to 2000 rs every month as a bill. Every day I have to struggle with this frustrated Airtel. Worst thing is they have never taken a step to solve my issue at all. But they promote their business by challenging other service providers, without even considering the existing customer. Herewith i have provided images & video's as a proof for Airtel Service and showed how much i suffered due to this issue. You can check Signal strength of Sim 1 in all these pics. I have just given a sample images since i have too many proofs. Even a free Sim card (Sim 2) which I got from a supermarket - T24 is working very good when compared to Airtel. I am using Sony C4 Smartphone which is 5 months old. So this is definitely not mobile issue. You can verify with Sim 2 Signal Strength. Requesting you to take action for this.
