Airtel — Connection Speed Issue | |||
I have using a wifi router 4g connection from past 4 months. At the time of installation the person came to check the connectivity at my place and showed me a speed of around 30 MBPS on his device. After the connection was activated on my device I was getting an average speed of 9-10 MBPS. On contacting the call center I was informed that the minimun speed for 4g was 5 MBPS. From last 2 months the speed has dropped to 0.4 MBPS, 10% of the committed speed. I have written almost 15 mails to Airtel, but they are not giving any reply to resolve the problem. They are just sending me bills and not even a single person has visited the site to check the issue from last 2 months. The airtel people are so reckless that they have even stopped replying to mails, the basic sense of customer service is missing in these guys. Was this information helpful? | |||
