[Resolved] Airtel — Continuously getting calls everyday and harassing | |||||
I have done a single mistake once applying for airtel broadband, they called me next day and inqired d place where connection should be provided when i told them d address, they denied there's availability of their service in our area. so i said thank you and disconnected d call, from the next day i'm getting at least 3 calls a day asking for a broadband connection since a month...i blocked d number from which they were calling and they are calling from the different number and disturbing me during meetings and office hours. Though requesting many times to remove my number from their broadband application list as there's no availability in my area...they say yes at instant and do call be next day again..Out of frustration due to everyday disturbance, i went angry over their customer executive and pleaded him to dlete my number from their database. suddenly he started harassing me using filthy words. As this is my mom's numberand its very annoying to a lady, what if she picks up the call...everyday calling and harassing on this number. I would submmit a legal complain on it if not addressed.
