Relationship Number : [protected] We (Excel Enterprises) regret to inform you that we have cancelled our CUG connections of 19 mobile lines on 30.06.2016 and subsequent final bill also paid vide RBL bank cheque No.885974 dtd 29.08.2016 Rs.5860/- Even-though we have received monthly bills for the cancellation lines and same has been escalated to you, refer trial mail, the issue is yet to sort out on your side. This issue make us unnecessary confusion on paying other mobile payments & force us to take legal action. Please treat the matter as serious to close the issue and cancel all our dues subject to above cancelled lines.
