[Resolved] Airtel — Customer care number | |||||
We all know that there are some charges if we contacted customer care of all telephone provider. The why they dont provide us direct number to reach customer care executive? Why we have to select from IVR, if we are contacted customer care then why dont they provide us direct number to reach? If sometime something happen with our phone and we to instantly stopped our service we all stuck in IVR options and in that mean time some bad person who stole our phone can misuse it and at that time who will be responsible? I dont know about other customers, i am gold customer of airtel because i am using airtel number since 2002 or 2004 so i want direct customer care number. I have issued a cheque in the favour of Bharti Airtel Limited for Rs. 6490.00 Ch. No. 308070 dt. 03/12/2016 wide no. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], 98, 7664703, Rs. 550, 560, 450, 960, 2450, 1300, 220 but above number have not been paid till now . ATL HAPUR have not give responce about this complaint.
