[Resolved] Airtel — Customer care officer used slang word to me | |||||
Hello, Please let me know what legal action can be taken on Airtel Customer care officer regarding this issue ? Today I called Airtel broadband customer care regarding the issue that my complaint is closed by their end without even resolving it. Then she started giving some excuse that my complaint is closed by their technical team and all, then I said its none of my business who closed my complaint I want my complaint to be opened again. She refused to do so and used a slang word against me and acted like my voice is not coming to her and disconnected the call. So please let me know what legal action can be taken against her for using slang language and Airtel for closing my complaint without even resolving it and without informing me ???
