Airtel — customer service no interaction possible other than automated prompts

There is no option to talk to a customer service representative

I recharged my mobile no [protected] for rs 399 through my airtel application on 27/7/2017 the amount was deducted from my sbi acct and i received a message from airtel 121 that the recharge was successful

Th3e offer included unlimited free calls for 76 days and 1gb internet per day. The recharge was successful but the balance was not shown in my acct.
Now my acct balance is being shown as 0
In the meantime i procceded abroad and returned on 10 aug 2017.
I kept my mobile in airplane mode through out my stay abroad

But i received a message that rs 99 will be deducted from my next recharge. And my balance is beib=ng still shown as 0
