Airtel — customer support is very poor | |||
I am Raj Kumar Saw from noida, I had requested to port in airtel 2 months before and still I am on hold due to so many known reasons. today's situation is I am not even with IDEA not in Airtel. Just because of miscommunication of Airtel Custmer Care Services. In this period I request four times to generate UPC to port out and given to Airtel, I cleared all my dues with idea and submitted all my documents in airtel. Also physical verification has been done. But now a day I still waiting to activate my new Airtel SIM . Even I visited outlet and requested for same, and they again ask me for ID Proof.. it was really iterating for me. I don't know when my number will be activate or even not.
